Technical Support Services
Runnymede United Church (RUC) operates out of two locations in western Toronto, with 4 full time staff and 12 part-time staff. We require technical support for our systems and staff, for regular operations and special projects with a technical component.
The technical support ranges from System Administrator (sysadmin) functions for technical infrastructure (software upgrades, hardware upgrades, adding users or components, password maintenance and troubleshooting issues) to integration of new capabilities (purchase, installation, writing procedures and training staff). Systems include phone, internet, live stream Zoom video system, website hosting, security camera systems, fire detection system and intrusion arm, smart lock systems, staff computers, computer apps.
We require services for an average of 10 hours a week at a fee of $35. Most services can be provided remotely, but periodically it will be necessary to be onsite.
We are looking for an individual or company with experience supporting customers and users and their infrastructure, both remotely and in person.
