Runnymede Lawn is Accessible!

After a year of goal setting, consultation, approvals, planning, building permits and construction, the Runnymede Lawn is now accessible!

Our two external ramps were blessed this past Sunday, and put to great use by the congregation who gathered on the lawn for lemonade. And EVERYONE could be there, not just those who could navigate stairs. An important step forward for our Runnymede goals of accessibility, justice and inclusion. Accessible access to the Sanctuary and Memorial Hall continues to be through our elevator – these ramps are for the lawn only.

Thank you to the WRAP Team and in particular, to Brian Traquair and Don Dewees to who managed this project together.
